Hiking through Fields in Mono

Date hiked: May 2019
Area: North of Mono Cliffs Provincial Park
Bruce Trail distance: 5.4 km
Difficulty: Easy
Terrain: Wide trails
Parking: Roadside off the entrance on 30 Sideroad

We finished the section in Mono north of Mono Cliffs hiking through roads, small parts of forest and alongside the edges of people’s properties.

This section was uneventful, but had some nice bridge and boardwalk elements in the forest. The foggy morning also added some spooky vibes to the hike. We surprisingly also passed a group of hikers, but not the usual Korean group that we normally see on Saturday mornings.
